The Stratford at Countrywood is uniquely suited to care for seniors with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia in two adjoining, specially designed and secured neighborhoods. They are called Briones and Diablo Court after the most prominent mountain peaks overlooking the community. Located on the first floor and with a separate entrance, each neighborhood is dedicated to memory care and comprised of a stylishly appointed and large living room, a full kitchen, a dining area, an outdoor courtyard and eight private apartments.
Memories are the threads that join families from one generation to the next. The Generations program at The Stratford at Countrywood gives residents and their families the support they need for living with memory loss. The care provided recognizes that residents desire continued dignity, a sense of belonging and opportunities for gratifying interactions with others. It draws on their strengths, allows them to maintain existing abilities and fills any gaps in life skills with an appropriate level of assistance. While the reality of memory loss is difficult The Stratford at Countrywood Generations program is designed to help build on the best memories possible for residents and their families.
