The Stratford at Countrywood is uniquely suited to care for seniors with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia in two adjoining, specially designed and secured neighborhoods. They are called Briones and Diablo Court after the most prominent mountain peaks overlooking the community. Located on the first floor and with a separate entrance, each neighborhood is dedicated to memory care and comprised of a stylishly appointed and large living room, a full kitchen, a dining area, an outdoor courtyard and eight private apartments.

The care provided recognizes that residents desire continued dignity, a sense of belonging and opportunities for gratifying interactions with others.
