The management team at The Stratford at Countrywood boasts a combined total of over 340 years of experience of caring for seniors. The community managers and staff routinely enroll in training and in-service education. The team is also encouraged to obtain professional credentialing. In addition to Tricia Palermo, Executive Director, there are two other State-certified RCFE Administrators on staff, along with the community's Activities Directors who are certified by their profession's national association. Our highly qualified team enables us to provide the utmost in quality care.
